We ensure all leads provided are verified and genuine at the time of delivery. However, SambhavPro does not guarantee lead conversion or sales outcomes, as results depend on your follow-up and communication process.

5. Pricing, Payment & Refunds

• Pricing is displayed on the website per lead or per package basis.
• Payments are to be made in advance through secure gateways.
• Once leads are delivered or CRM access is provided, payments are non-refundable.
• Plans can be paused, upgraded, or customized by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the SambhavPro platform are the exclusive property of SambhavPro. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Share, resell, or transfer leads without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or manipulate system data

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

SambhavPro shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays or interruptions due to technical or third-party issues

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Termination

SambhavPro reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Violates these Terms
• Engages in unauthorized or fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your stored data may be deleted as per our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
