We maintain a clear and fair refund policy. Please review it carefully before making a payment:
If the client cancels the order within 24 hours of making the payment, the paid amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of payment, the payment will be non-refundable.
Once any service activity has started (including campaign setup, lead verification, CRM configuration, or lead delivery), the order is considered active and non-refundable, even if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours.
